BooYaa Trademark & Brand Usage Disclaimer (South Africa)

The name "BooYaa™️", the BooYaa logo, and all associated corporate identity (CI) elements are the property of BooYaa Golf (Pty) Ltd. In the United States, the BooYaa logo is held by BooYaa Brands LLC.

Trademark Status

  • South Africa: a trademark application has been filed and is pending registration.
  • United Kingdom and European Union: "BooYaa" is a registered trademark.
  • United States: a trademark application for the BooYaa logo has been filed by BooYaa Brands LLC and is awaiting registration.

All rights in and to the BooYaa name, logo, and visual identity are reserved.

Unauthorized Use Prohibited

No person or entity may use, reproduce, copy, modify, or display the BooYaa name, logo, or any part of our corporate identity without prior written permission from BooYaa Golf (Pty) Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • use on websites, social media, marketing materials, products, or packaging
  • ⁠use that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with BooYaa Golf
  • any use that may damage or tarnish the reputation of the BooYaa brand

Legal Protection

While the South African application is pending, BooYaa Golf (Pty) Ltd relies on its common law rights in the BooYaa name and logo, built through use and reputation in South Africa. It will take all necessary legal steps to protect its brand, including claims for passing off and unlawful competition. Once the trademark is registered, this will include claims for trademark infringement under the Trade Marks Act 194 of 1993.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action, including interdicts, claims for damages, and legal costs.

To request use of the BooYaa name or logo, contact us in writing at social@booyaagolf.com.

We may approve or decline any request at our sole discretion.
