The name “BooYaa”, the BooYaa logo, and all associated corporate identity (CI) elements are the exclusive property of BooYaa Golf (Pty) Ltd.

  • The “BooYaa” trademark is registered in the United Kingdom and Europe.
  • A South African trademark application has been filed and is currently pending registration.


All rights in and to the “BooYaa” name, logo, and visual identity are strictly reserved.
Unauthorised Use Prohibited


No person or entity may use, reproduce, copy, modify, or display the “BooYaa” name, logo, or any part of our corporate identity without prior written permission from BooYaa Golf (Pty) Ltd.


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use on websites, social media, marketing materials, products, or packaging
  • Use in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with BooYaa Golf
  • Any use that may damage or dilute the reputation of the BooYaa brand

Legal Protection

Even though the South African trademark is still pending registration, BooYaa Golf (Pty) Ltd retains common law rights and will take all necessary legal steps to protect its brand, including claims for passing off, trademark infringement, and reputational harm where applicable.


Any unauthorised use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and interdicts.
