At BooYaa Golf, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the high standards expected for their intended use. Below is our comprehensive return policy for damaged, defective, or unwanted products.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
BooYaa Golf stands by the quality of our products. In the rare event that a product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will address it promptly.
• Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: Products returned within 6 months
from the date of purchase will be inspected by our Quality Assurance
team. A full refund or exchange will be provided if the damage is due to a
manufacturing defect or if the product is deemed unsafe or of inferior
quality during normal use.
• Non-Refundable Scenarios: We do not refund or replace products that:
o Were purchased from unauthorized retailers or sources other than
BooYaa Golf’s official website or authorized stores.
o Were damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence (e.g., exposure
to chemicals, extreme heat, sharp objects, etc.).
o Were used for purposes other than their intended design (e.g., using
golf shoes for non-golf activities).
o Were not maintained according to care instructions provided with
the product.
• Product Lifespan: The durability of BooYaa Golf products depends on
usage, conditions, and individual wear patterns. Products damaged by
normal wear and tear or those that have exceeded their reasonable
lifespan are not eligible for replacement.
2. Returns Process for Defective Products
• Definition of Defective: A defective product is one with a material flaw in
its manufacture or design that renders it less functional, unsafe, or unfit for
its intended purpose. The defect must stem from production or design, not
from improper use.
• Return Window: Defective products can be returned within 6 months
from the date of purchase.
• How to Return:
o In-Store: Bring the defective product to any BooYaa Golf authorized
store with proof of purchase.
o Online: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or
exchange. Provide detailed reasons for the return, including how the
product was used and the nature of the defect.
• Inspection: Returned products will be evaluated to confirm the defect. If
the issue is due to misuse or normal wear, the product will be returned to
you.
3. General Return Policy
• Return Window: Products purchased from BooYaa Golf’s online store can
be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet
the conditions below.
• Condition of Returned Products:
o Must be in their original, unused condition with all original
packaging.
o Apparel must have original tags attached.
o Accessories must include all parts of the original packaging.
o Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.
• Cost of Returns: Returns are free of charge if the product meets the above
conditions and return instructions are followed.
• Special Note: Certain premium collections (e.g., limited-edition
collaborations) may have a shorter 14-day return window. Check your
order confirmation for details.
4. Refunds
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process
your refund within 14 business days. You will be notified via email once the
refund is authorized. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective
products. If a defect is confirmed, we will reimburse the shipping costs
along with the product cost.
• Bank Processing: After we authorize a refund, your bank may take
additional time to process it. Contact your bank for further details.
5. Exchanges
• In-Store Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange for
a different item, you can do so for free within 30 days at any authorized
BooYaa Golf store, subject to availability.
o Bring the item in its original packaging with the invoice.
o The item must be unused, in good condition, with original tags
attached.
o You may exchange for a different size or another item at the invoice
price.
o If the new item is more expensive, you can pay the difference.
• Online Exchanges: Contact our customer service team to arrange an
exchange. Follow the same condition requirements as in-store exchanges.
6. How to Return a Product
- Online Returns:
- Contact our customer service team to request a return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the invoice or order confirmation.
- Use the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or follow the return instructions provided.
- In-Store Returns:
Bring the item, invoice, and original packaging to any authorized BooYaa Golf store within the return window.
